the gym's fitness staff were not friendly though overall the stay was fine.

the location near the transport hub worked wonders for our arrival , especially coming from the airport bus! i loved the room upgrade i received , it was like such a treat. the breakfast buffet offered everything i could have wanted , and the coffee machine did not disappoint either.

The hotel is near the transport hub, a real plus for airport bus arrivals. I was welcomed warmly and got a room upgrade. The room was a good size overlooking the station square. It had tea, coffee, and a minibar. The bathroom included quality toiletries like shampoo and lotion.

The gym staff seemed a little unfriendly.

The location was excellent , close to the central station. I found many tram lines nearby for easy city access. I appreciated the efficient and friendly staff during check-in. The breakfast had a standard selection with adequate choices.

The room lacked thorough cleaning. I noticed hairs in the shower and on the walls , indicating a need for better hygiene standards. I also found a towel with chewing gum stuck to it.

the bed was acceptable.

the room had a strange layout (i have to mention it) with the window facing into an internal courtyard. this meant there was very little natural light. also, the walls seemed quite thin, so i could hear noise from other rooms. it wasn't the peaceful experience i'd hoped for.
